How to Prepare a Cyber Crisis Management Plan

A cyber-crisis encompasses serious events that have the potential to suffer a significant financial loss or serious damage to the brand reputation of the organization. In such cases, actions should be taken by including C-Level managers (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.) in the plan. It will not be easy to make a healthy decision as the stress level will be very high during the handling of the crisis.
